How much does installation cost?
Installation costs vary depending on the product and service package you choose. Please refer to the product pages for detailed pricing on both package deals and individual installation charges.
What type of installations/Services do you provide?
From Connection only, Remove and Recycle, Disconnection only, unpack, basic and complete installation packages, we’ve got you covered. Our competitors often don’t uninstall integrated appliances, if we are installing a new one we will also remove the old one, so rest assured Wellington’s highly trained team will do it all.
What types of appliances can you install?
We install all appliances from Washing Machine and Tumble dryers to American Fridge Freezers and gas cookers to all range cookers. Whether you need a gas safe engineer or a specialist integrated installer we have got you covered.
Can you install integrated appliances, like built-in ovens or dishwashers?
Yes! We are experts in installing all appliances. You can be safe in the knowledge that we will take care of your installation to the highest level. Got our own expert installer team, don’t use third party.
Do you uninstall my old appliance as part of the installation?
Yes, we can uninstall your old appliance as part of our service. Just be sure to select the complete installation package when placing your order, and we’ll take care of everything for you.

If there are any parking restrictions near your location, such as time limits or the need for a parking permit, please let us know in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.
How long does the installation process take?
The installation time can vary depending on the complexity of the job, ranging from 30 minutes to a few hours. Rest assured, our team will work efficiently to get your appliance up and running as quickly as possible.
Can I choose a specific time for the installation?
Our delivery team is fully trained in installation, so the same team that delivers your appliance will handle the installation at the same time. While we offer delivery time slots, we cannot always guarantee a specific time, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Unfortunately, we can only provide installation services for appliances purchased directly from Wellingtons. This ensures that we meet our quality standards and comply with our insurance requirements.
Can you install appliances in new builds or properties under renovation?
Yes, we can! We frequently work with trade customers, estate agents, letting agents, builders, and property developers. Our team can provide a full installation package tailored to the needs of new builds or properties under renovation, ensuring a smooth and professional service every time.
Is installation available on weekends?
It certainly is! We offer installation services on Saturdays. If you need a Sunday installation, we can arrange a bespoke installation package to accommodate your needs.
