Since 1898, the Wellington family have traded on the high street. Originally a department store, four generations of Wellingtons have been a presence in Erith, and for the last 60 years have specialised in domestic appliances.
Trading for over 125 years, Andrew and his team specialise in the sale of freestanding and built in appliances; cookers; TV and home entertainment systems. We employ a team of experts who keep up to date with innovations in electricals, have exceptional knowledge of brands and products, and will always give great advice – with no obligation. Our team of engineers play a big part in our customer satisfaction ratings! They will deliver your product to your home, where you want it, as part of our Free Local Delivery promise. We’ll even take away the packaging and recycle it! We also offer an installation service and a service to dispose of your old appliance. We really do have the whole package, from start to finish!
Since we first opened our doors, we’ve wanted to be the best at what we do. In May 2007 we expanded our business to our second showroom in Bromley. In addition, 2019 saw us open the doors to our kitchen design showroom. We’ve added kitchen design to our strengths, complementing our appliance showrooms and dedication to great, bespoke kitchens at affordable prices. From the free design consultation, we can deliver the whole project from the start, and we promise a great finish from our specialised handpicked team of tradespeople.
As an independent retailer, being part of the community we serve is important to us. We always do our best to reach out when needed, whether that is a donating to charity (we recently supported a local hospice fundraiser) or sponsoring our local juniors football team. We love getting a crowd together for our very popular Neff Demonstration Days, held in store twice a year.
